Simran Kaur Singh

Simran Kaur Singh received her J.D. degree in 2005 from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was an editor on the University's High Technology Law Journal. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in English in 2001. Her legal career began in corporate law, where she gained extensive experience handling all aspects of corporate formation and securities regulations. She later worked as a volunteer law clerk to Hon. Judge Weissbrodt, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of California.

Ms. Singh is currently admitted to practice law in the State of California, and in the Northern and Eastern Districts of California of the United States District Court. Her practice focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Business Law. She is actively involved in the local legal community and is a member of the Congressman Don Edwards Inn of Court.
